Company-representative evaluations invited by the professional contribute public evaluation points under the applicable publication agreement. Personal feedback stays private. Earlier publication permissions remain respected.
Evaluations describe professional experience; they are not psychometric assessments, guarantees of suitability or predictions of performance. A title or rating does not by itself verify a credential. Payment does not buy stronger evidence or a higher matching position.
